The big picture
Televic Conference, a leading developer and manufacturer of conferencing solutions for high-profile global clients, is seeking a business-driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager for the Sub-Saharan African market. You will focus on acquiring new customers via strategic partnerships with resellers, integrators, and consultants. It’s an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded individual to take full ownership of our business development strategy in Sub-Saharan African market.
You will ensure that Televic’s solutions are specified for future projects, by building demand among end-users, educating consultants, and collaborating with integrators to ensure successful project outcomes. This hands-on position requires technical expertise, strong relationship-building skills, and proactive market engagement.

Key responsibilities
3. You identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (resellers, integrators, consultants) across Sub-Sharan Africa.
4. You generate leads and engage integrators and channel partners to ensure they prioritize Televic Solutions
5. You set-up action plans with clear targets to realize joint business plans with distributors and integrators.
6. You present Televic Solutions to consultants to ensure that they are included in future bids and secure long-term projects
7. Identify and present tailored solutions to key accounts in Authorities, Regional Parliaments, Institutions to build awareness and demand for Televic solutions.
8. You collaborate with internal departments, including Marketing and Customer Support, to ensure client satisfaction and seamless integration of client feedback.
9. You keep accurate and detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics in our CRM system, ensuring up-to-date and accessible information.
10. You stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities to effectively position Televic in the market and maintain a competitive edge.
11. You participate in marketing initiatives and industry events to strengthen Televic’s market presence.
Professional skills we’re looking for
12. A Technical or engineering background is an advantage.
13. Proven experience working with channel partners, key accounts and AV consultants.
14. Deep understanding of the partner ecosystem and indirect sales model.
15. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
16. Skilled at balancing long-term strategic partner growth with short-term pipeline delivery.
17. Results-driven approach, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
18. Adaptability to adjust sales tactics based on client feedback and evolving market demands.
19. Fluency in English and preferably French
20. Willingness to travel frequently across Sub-Saharan Africa for partner & customer meetings and industry events.
