Life5 is a Pan-European insurtech operating across Spain, Italy, and France. We are fundamentally changing how life insurance is distributed and underwritten. Having successfully navigated a strategic restructuring to reach breakeven, we operate with a highly leveraged, lean strike team.
We don't operate like a traditional insurance distributor; we operate as a tech-first orchestrator. We translate complex, legacy underwriting logic into dynamic, frictionless digital funnels, ensuring the end-customer gets the protection they need without the traditional hassle. While we are a B2C-first company at our core, we are actively expanding our backend infrastructure to become the API layer that powers B2B2C channels, traditional brokers, and broader cross-sell ecosystems.
The Role
As the Founder Associate / Growth PM, you will act as the "Second Brain" to the CEO. You will step into a highly cross-functional role designed to unblock our most critical strategic and growth initiatives.
We don't need you to write code, but we need you to understand product logic and human behavior. You will bridge the gap between high-level business strategy (unit economics, carrier negotiations), technical infrastructure, and deep customer empathy (designing B2C conversion funnels, financial calculators, and modern broker tools).
What You Will Actually Do
* Customer-Centric Product Translation: Take complex, regulated insurance products and map them into highly intuitive, consumer-facing digital flows. You will define the "What" and the "Why" based on real user behavior, so our technical infrastructure can execute the "How."
* Growth & Conversion Operations: Analyze our B2C acquisition funnels—from top-of-funnel paid media to our bottom-of-funnel human advisory team. Dive into the data to identify friction points and deploy programmatic solutions that drive down Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and increase Lifetime Value (LTV).
* Platform & B2B2C Expansion: While keeping the end-user in mind, you will help design the operational rollout of our infrastructure plays. This involves understanding the friction of traditional brick-and-mortar brokers and translating that into scalable digital tools.
* Partner Negotiations: Assist the CEO in high-stakes discussions with legacy insurance carriers and reinsurers, preparing the analytical frameworks and business cases required to secure the products our customers actually want.
Who We Are Looking For
* The High-Velocity Thinker: You have 1 to 3 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.), investment banking, or a high-growth startup environment.
* High IQ + High EQ: You are just as comfortable dissecting unit economics, CAC, and conversion data in a spreadsheet as you are sitting in a boardroom presenting a digital roadmap to a legacy insurance executive.
* Fearless Learner: You don't need a background in insurtech, but you must possess the intellectual horsepower to learn regulatory frameworks and product nuances in days, not months.
* Bias for Action: You prefer launching, measuring, and iterating over building 40-slide theoretical decks.
