Front Seat Studio is looking for a medior Account Director who takes ownership of both projects and client relationships, from start to finish.
This role requires someone who brings structure, keeps overview and ensures everything runs smoothly, on time and at the highest quality.
You act as the link between client, strategy and creation, translating briefings into clear direction for the creative team and guiding them towards strong, on trend output.
Responsibilities
* You build strong, long term relationships with our clients and become a true extension of their team
* You lead client conversations with clarity and confidence, always understanding what sits behind the question
* You translate briefings into clear directions for the team, with a strong sense of creative vision.
* You know how to step into different brands and adapt your thinking, tone and approach accordingly
* You manage multiple projects at once, keeping track of timing, priorities and deliverables
* You lead, mentor and grow a very talented content creation team, by example and are a positive force within the Front Seat Studio culture
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in an agency or similar environment.
* In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
* Excellent team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating creative teams.
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies to our clients.
* Strong time management: handling multiple clients and meet all deadlines.
* Affinity with design or content creation is a plus.
* A passion for social media and a deep understanding of its role in todays marketing.
