Transport Administrator Position
This role involves providing administrative support to the transport department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration and a strong attention to detail. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
* Key responsibilities include:
* Providing administrative support to the transport department
* Supporting the transport department on all administration tasks
* Checking documents and uploading data to the system for invoicing
* Insurance declaration, processing fines, postal duties, and archiving
Requirements and Qualifications
* Intermediate Vocational Education in Administration, Finance, or related field
* Eager to learn new skills and with a positive attitude
* Previous experience in Reflex, TAS, BlackBox, Protime would be beneficial
