We are seeking a talented and creative Educational Video Producer & Junior Motion Designer to join our team for a minimum 3-month internship. Your main mission will be to design and produce engaging, inspiring videos for our wide range of online learning modules, including MOOCs, internal training and scientific communication initiatives. You’re someone who: · Is creative, autonomous and eager to propose and test new ideas · Loves telling stories through visuals and bringing concepts to life · Is comfortable simplifying, structuring and pacing a pedagogical narrative (a plus!) · Wants to give meaning to your work by contributing to a positive-impact project Key responsibilities · Produce educational videos (storyboarding, filming, editing, motion design) · Create 2D animations and motion design for educational purposes while respecting AJ’s visual universe (graphics, scientific data, quotes, diagrams…) · Film content using a camera and synchronise voice and visuals · Collaborate with AJ experts to simplify technical concepts · Contribute to AJ’s overall visual strategy and support visual communication for events and other internal creative projects Tools you may work with (depending on your profile) · Video editing: Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro · Motion design & color grading: After Effects, DaVinci Resolve · Graphic design: Illustrator, InDesign, Canva Pro, Figma · Audio: Audacity, Adobe Audition A solid knowledge of the Adobe Suite is preferred. Any additional skills (3D, sound design, photography, digital storytelling…) are a strong plus!
