One of our clients is looking for a System Engineer to improve their team.
In this role you'll be the single point of contact for the IT Infrastructure (Hardware, servers, networking and security).
You'll make decisions and perform analysis to improve the current IT Infrastructure in a complex production environment.
Your Tasks
* Provide helpdesk and advanced support, managing incidents and service requests through ITSM processes.
* Act as a liaison between users, internal IT teams, and external vendors.
* Maintain and improve IT infrastructure (servers, networks, OS, software).
* Deploy and manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and network devices.
* Monitor systems, resolve issues proactively, and perform root cause analysis.
* Support hardware and network integration projects aligned with business needs.
* Evaluate and recommend hardware, software, and third-party solutions.
* Perform system upgrades, testing, and security improvements.
* Support business continuity and incident response activities.
* Administer and support Microsoft 365, Intune, and SharePoint.
Your Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.
* 3–5 years o experience in IT infrastructure.
* Bilingual Dutch/French with good English skills
* You have set up and configured Fortinet firewalls and Cisco switches in the past
* Hands-on experience with VoIP
* Knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint, Office 365, Windows Server and Windows 11 (beyond end-user level)
* Skilled in HP servers and Canon printing solutions, Veeam Backup & Restore and VMware.
* Experience managing mobile devices, laptops, and GSMs.

Your Compensation
* Salary from €3500 to €4900 depending on your experience level

* 32 days of paid leave (20 + 12 ADV/RTT)
