Communication & Change Lead (Freelance) - Health & Safety
Our client is a global leader in sustainability and innovation, offering an exciting opportunity to lead communication and change management projects that really make a difference in health and safety technology. The role is based in Brussels and is 80 percent, giving you the perfect mix of meaningful work and time to focus on other interests or projects. You'll also enjoy the flexibility to work from home up to two days a week, all while helping drive real change in a company that truly cares about its impact.

Role Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation of Health & Safety software across all locations, directly contributing to the company's strategic objectives.
* Develop and execute engaging communication plans to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and drive project success.
* Collaborate closely with the Group EHS team to ensure seamless deployment of the software across all company sites.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in communications, project management, or related field.
* Multiple years of experience in internal communications within a corporate environment.
* Very good experience in change management methodologies and ideally ADKAR certified.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety is a plus.
* Fluent level of English, Dutch and/or French is a plus.
