As an Operations consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients' Back & Middle Office Operations. Your responsibilities include:

4. Leadership: Mentor and manage other consultants depending on experience and ambition.
5. Experience: A minimum of 3 years in Operations, specifically within one or more areas such as Credits, Securities, Payments & Accounts, Treasury & Financial markets, Claims, Underwriting & Contract Management, and Sales & Distribution.
6. Knowledge: A solid understanding of key processes in Back & Middle Offices, including clearing & settlement, collateral management, custody, claims management, reconciliation, and reporting.
7. Tools proficiency: Familiarity with core tools such as Thaler, Evolan, Sophis, Murex, Calypso, Avaloq, FRONTeO, T24, Olympic, IntelliMatch, etc.
8. Key attributes: A detail-oriented, pragmatic, and critical mindset combined with a team player attitude.
9. Languages: Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
