Your Mission
The Team Manager Data Platform is the driving force behind the development, industrialisation, and operation of our core data platform. Your primary mission is to ensure that all data platform activities are efficiently coordinated and fully aligned with the company's strategic data vision. You will also ensure the continuous operational monitoring of all data applications, pipelines, services, and components, guaranteeing data quality, performance, availability, and compliance with SLAs. You act as the representative for your team's priorities and achievements to internal stakeholders (Product Owners, Architects, Business Teams) and external partners
Your Responsibilities
Project Management & Strategy
* Take the leadership position on all data platform projects, ensuring technical and functional coordination and prioritizing according to strategic objectives.
* Manage associated budgets (evolution, maintenance, cloud costs, and resources), anticipate future needs and ensure cost control.
* Translate strategy into operational priorities and initiatives for industrialisation, innovation, or optimization.
* Drive structural evolutions of the platform, promoting a long-term vision of robustness, scalability, and controlled technical debt.
Operational & Operational Excellence
* Ensure the operational continuity of all data pipelines, workloads, and services.
* Supervise incident management and coordinate resolution and corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with technical, security, and governance standards, taking corrective measures in case of deviations.
* Improve the experience of internal users (analysts, data consumers, business teams) and the value generated by the platform.
Team Leadership & People Management
* Lead and manage a team of 6 to 15 internal and external collaborators.
* Animate agile rituals (daily, sprint planning, retrospectives, one-to-one) to guarantee cohesion, commitment and alignment.
* Conduct the full HR cycle (annual reviews, evaluations, objectives) and support the progression of teammembers.
* Recruit, integrate and develop the key competencies required for the platform's sustainability and maturity.
* Promote a culture of continuous feedback, accountability and collective improvement.
Your Profile
* You are a motivated leader with a strong technical background and strategic vision in the data space.
* You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or Management.
* You have significant and relevant experience in IT.
