The Opportunity:
As AI Transformation Lead, you'll sit at the intersection of tech innovation and business execution. You'll be the go-to expert for evaluating AI use cases, guiding build vs. buy decisions, and ensuring the delivery of impactful solutions that are secure, compliant, and business-ready.
You’ll work within a dedicated AI Centre of Excellence, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders—from legal and infrastructure to business and compliance—bringing advanced AI applications to life across multiple verticals.
Your Key Focus Areas:
🔹 Strategic AI Enablement:
* Act as an AI technical thought leader, shaping solutions that align with enterprise goals
* Translate business pain points into actionable, AI-driven pathways
* Lead make-or-buy assessments for new AI solutions
🔹 AI Project Leadership:
* Manage and coordinate end-to-end AI project execution
* Collaborate with data, engineering, architecture, and legal/compliance teams
* Ensure timely, budget-friendly, and business-integrated delivery
🔹 Safe, Scalable AI:
* Partner with governance, security, and infrastructure leads to enforce AI safety and compliance
* Ensure full integration of regulatory requirements from day one
🔹 Capability Building:
* Support the development of an enterprise AI capability roadmap
* Help scale best practices and ensure sustainable AI adoption
Who You Are:

Qualifications & Experience:
* Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field (Master’s preferred)
* Strong experience in leading AI/ML/Advanced Analytics in production—especially in regulated settings
* Expertise in GenAI, data pipelines, and cloud-based AI platforms
* Strong track record in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project management
* Skilled in navigating cross-functional collaboration with clarity and impact
