B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming new Quality Assurance Specialist in our Automotive team.
As a Quality Assurance Specialist at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.
Responsibilities
* Translate customer requirements into concrete procedures (control plans, work instructions) and support production and quality.
* Conduct and supervise inspections and measurements, and draft the associated reports.
* Analyze customer issues and manage non-conformities (internal and supplier) by implementing corrective actions.
* Implement quality control processes for new products (including FAI and supplier acceptance tests).
* Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement plans.
* Ensure regulatory compliance (electronic/radio) and lead quality improvement projects (defect reduction, performance optimization).
Profile
* You have a bachelor's degree in Electro-Mechanical OR in Quality field.
* You have experience in product/production quality in industry .
* You have a good understanding of quality management systems, particularly ISO 9001.
* You are fluent in English .
