We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee and coordinate multiple staff and equipment moves across our campus.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and oversee the relocation of staff and IT equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
* Collaborate with various departments, including IT, facilities, to ensure smooth transitions and address any concerns.
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
* Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.
* Work with external vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup of IT equipment and services.
* Ensure all moves comply with company policies and relevant regulations, including data security and health and safety standards.
* Quickly identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the relocation process.

* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT equipment and systems.
* Experience in managing relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
* Excellent documentation skills, including the ability to create detailed project plans, reports, and technical documentation.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in IT project management, preferably with experience in managing relocations or similar projects.
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
