We’re looking for a talented and motivated Biomanufacturing Process Manager to lead our Upstream/Downstream production activities during weekends. Your mission
* Lead and support a team of 2 supervisors and 24 technicians, ensuring safe, efficient, and GMP-compliant production.
* Drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement while meeting operational goals, costs, and timelines.
* Manage training, recruitment, and development to build team versatility and performance.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Technical Services, and HR.
* Oversee documentation, manage deviations and CAPAs, and ensure readiness for audits and inspections.
* Take proactive actions to guarantee product quality, compliance, and operational continuity.
About you
* Master’s degree in a scientific, technical, or management field.
* 5+ years’ experience in biotech manufacturing or engineering management, plus at least 3 years in production management.
* Strong knowledge of GMP and proven involvement in large-scale projects.
* Solid leadership and decision-making skills; able to manage complex situations in a dynamic environment.
* Expertise in Upstream or Downstream processes (at least one required).
* Flexible and available to support occasional weekday production activities.
* Fluent in French and English.
* Open to limited travel when needed.
