Property Manager for the region Mont-Saint-Guibert/Brussels
to join our professional and dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will focus on overseeing building operations and tenant satisfaction with the support of a Property Service Coordinator and managing financial performance with the support of a Property Finance Administrator. Depending on your seniority and experience, you can step in as a Junior, Medior, or Senior Property Manager.
Responsibilities
* Building and tenant oversight:
Manage all aspects of building operations and tenant relations, ensuring properties remain in excellent condition and tenants are satisfied.
* Maintenance coordination:
Ensure timely maintenance and repairs, collaborating closely with the Property Service Coordinator and a network of trusted vendors and service providers.
* Financial management:
Prepare and monitor property budgets, review financial reports, and oversee cost-effectiveness with the support of a dedicated Property Finance Administrator.
* Tenant relations:
Act as the primary contact for tenants, addressing concerns, managing requests, and fostering strong relationships to ensure satisfaction.
* Compliance and safety:
Ensure all properties meet regulatory and safety requirements, coordinating inspections and certifications as needed.
* Team collaboration:
Work with Asset Managers, Property Service Coordinators, and other stakeholders to enhance property value and tenant satisfaction.

What we're looking for?
* Proven experience in property management or a related field.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with tenants and stakeholders.
* Language proficiency: Fluent in French and English, with knowledge of Dutch as a plus.
* Flexibility to work from our offices in Brussels or Mont-Saint-Guibert.
