Digital Content & Media Coordinator
to take our brands to the digital era.

Your role

As
Digital Content & Media Coordinator
, you'll be the creative engine behind our online presence.

You'll translate brand strategies into inspiring stories, engaging content, and impactful digital campaigns — from idea to execution, analysis, and optimization.

Working closely with the branded business team and external agencies, you'll make sure every digital touchpoint strengthens our brand identity.

Your key responsibilities include:

Content creation & storytelling:

* Turn brand strategies into creative digital concepts.
* Create inspiring content for social media, websites, and campaigns — from visuals and reels to short videos and animations.
* Guard a consistent tone of voice and brand look across all channels.

Digital campaigns & media:

* Coordinate social, display, video, influencer, and native campaigns.
* Manage and publish social content, and interact with communities.
* Learn and grow in digital media buying (Meta Ads, Google, YouTube) — with room to take the lead over time.
* Brief and follow up with external partners and media agencies.

Analysis & optimization:

* Track reach, engagement, and conversion of digital content.
* Translate analytics into clear actions and improvements.
* Report monthly insights and recommendations.

Marketing coordination & projects:

* Support activation campaigns — both online and in pharmacies.
* Manage content calendars and deadlines.
* Collaborate closely with Marketing & Sales.

This is a hands-on, creative, and data-driven role — perfect for someone who loves combining storytelling with analytics and wants to make a tangible impact.

What you bring

Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communication or Digital Media

3–4 years of experience in digital content creation or digital marketing (FMCG, OTC, beauty or health is a plus)

Strong sense for branding, storytelling, and visual style

Experience with creative tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar)

Familiar with social media management and community interaction

Basic understanding of digital metrics and analytics (reach, engagement, CPC, CTR)

Plus: experience with video production, motion design, or influencer marketing

Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English — strong French skills are a big plus (and at least required at a good level)

A creative, organized, and hands-on mindset — with curiosity to grow in media buying and data analytics
