This role ensures that installation and commissioning activities are executed safely, on time, and in compliance with contractual, technical, and quality requirements.Mission You oversee day-to-day site activities related to HVAC installation and commissioning worksYou coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and suppliers on siteYou ensure execution according to contract specifications, technical drawings, and applicable standardsYou monitor site planning, resources, and budget in coordination with the Project ManagerYou lead site meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure clear communication with project stakeholdersYou ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on siteYou perform quality inspections and validate completed worksYou identify risks, troubleshoot technical issues, and propose corrective actionsProfile You hold a technical diploma or degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related fieldYou have 3–5+ years of experience as a Site Manager, Supervisor, or Foreman on HVAC installation projectsYou demonstrate strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including ventilation, heating, cooling, piping, and controlsYou have excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skillsYou are able to manage teams and work under tight deadlinesYou are familiar with health and safety regulations and site documentationYou have basic knowledge of MS Office and/or project management toolsOffer Working at Syngenia or for its partners is an opportunity to develop your talents and expertise.
