Tätigkeitsbeschreibung: Are you an experienced professional with a proven track record in Pharma logistics? Do you thrive on building and nurturing relationships with the world's top Pharma companies? We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Global Account Manager to join our team. This is a senior-level role with global responsibility, offering an exceptional opportunity to drive growth and develop your leadership capabilities within the global commercial function. As part of the Global Pharma Accelerator team, you will work with the executive leadership of UPS Healthcare to drive the success of our next growth phase in this critical industry segment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to talented sales professionals looking for their next career opportunity! What You'll Do: · Strategic Account Management: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive global account strategies for complex, multi-national Pharma clients. Act as the primary point of contact for the customers exec leadership team and position yourself as the trusted advisor for senior stakeholders within your customer portfolio and within UPS Healthcare. · Revenue Growth: Identify, pursue, and secure profitable business opportunities by leveraging deep industry knowledge and innovative solutions that add value across the client's supply chain. · Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with global teams across multiple business units, including forwarding, ocean freight, and other logistics services, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs. · Client-Centric Solutions: Anticipate and communicate future client requirements, aligning UPS's full portfolio of services to address their challenges and drive business outcomes. · Team Management: Provide leadership to a virtual sales team, ensuring seamless communication, alignment, and execution of account plans across regions. What You'll Need: · Industry Expertise: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Pharma logistics, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the industry. · Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional, global teams at a senior level. · Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term growth and profitability. · Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. · Results-Driven: A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a complex, global environment. · Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
