Mission Overview
As a Talent Expert / Project Manager, you will be responsible for executing, monitoring, and enhancing strategic talent management programs within the organization. These programs aim to identify, develop, and retain talent while ensuring HR strategy aligns with business objectives.
You will collaborate closely with various departments and leverage your project management and change management skills to secure stakeholder buy-in and drive active participation in the talent management processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Talent Review
* Organize and facilitate talent review sessions with line managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
* Consolidate and analyze talent data to identify trends and provide actionable insights (e.g., succession planning, high-potential programs).
* Support HRBPs in implementing action and development plans.
* Continuously evaluate and improve the talent review process.
* Succession Planning
* Develop and implement succession plans for critical roles.
* Identify and support high-potential talent for key positions and future leadership roles.
* Collaborate with management to align on succession strategies.
* Performance Management
* Coordinate performance management processes (objectives setting, PDPs, evaluations).
* Provide hands-on support to managers and HR in the execution of these processes.
* Propose and implement continuous improvements.
* Strategic Workforce Planning
* Develop strategic workforce plans addressing future staffing needs.
* Align with HR and other departments to develop effective workforce strategies.
* Talent Retention
* Design and implement retention strategies.
* Analyze exit data and propose retention improvements.
* Talent Policies & Guidelines
* Draft and maintain talent-related policies (e.g., internal mobility, recruitment, HR processes).
* Cross-functional HR Projects
* Contribute to broader HR initiatives including onboarding, HRIS improvements.
* Participate in company-wide projects such as CSRD, business continuity, data governance, and communication initiatives.
Requirements
Must-Have Experience:
* Proven experience managing talent-related projects (min. 5 years): talent review, performance management, succession planning, workforce planning, internal mobility.
* Skilled in drafting and updating HR/talent policies and guidelines.
* Demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities.
* Strong experience facilitating workshops with stakeholders.
* Proven ability to manage resistance in projects.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational abilities: structured, concise, accessible, accurate.
* Capable of creating clear and engaging communication materials (e.g., PowerPoint).
* Solid knowledge of talent management processes.
* Fluency in both French and Dutch (spoken and written).
Should-Have:
* Examples of communication materials (PowerPoint or equivalent).
* Documentation or insights on managing resistance in change projects.
Additional Information:
* You will be part of the HR Talent team within the People & Tech Solutions department.
* The team supports strategic goals by developing and delivering integrated talent management strategies.
* The mission is under the Managed Service Provider 2 (MSP2) framework agreement handled by Solvus.
