What you will be doing Consolidate deliverables, updates, insights into reports and dashboards for effective decision-making by IT Management Support the IT Strategy Office team in the preparation of various governance bodies (inputs, agendas, invitations, minuting, follow-up of actions) Prepare/Develop presentation materials for senior management, including gathering input from stakeholders to finalize content Track progress across multiple workstreams and initiative to ensure timely completion Contribute to the review of IT SO deliverables to guarantee quality, structure, consistency, adequate review and publication Challenge assumptions, storytelling and conclusions to guarantee the highest quality of output Preparation of several transversal Initiative Boards (project SteerCo) Analysis of the bank's budget preparation exercise What type of person do we need? 5 years of either IT project management, working in Consulting firm, PMO supporting program managers or IT strategy formulation teams Ability to understand and navigate the decision-making context of the bank (organisation, structure, key roles and processes, main stakeholders) Ability to work with IT managers and senior IT Architects to collaboratively design the expected deliverables Ability to perform retrospectives and lessons-learned analysis to as to improve the impact of the IT Strategy team The role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time, as an average Apply now for a discussion with us about the process and the role.
