We offer a hybrid working model, with 3 days on site and 2 days working from home each week. /ppIn this role, you will provide comprehensive support to different departments, assisting team members with administrative, financial, and logistical processes. You will ensure that all finance-related activities, events, meetings, and other processes are supported in a compliant and meticulous manner. /ppstronguKey responsibilities: /u /strong /pulliEnsure proper execution, coordination, and good outcome of all administrative activities. /liliInitiation and follow-up of contacts, suppliers, Purchase Orders, and Invoices. /liliInitiation and follow-up of Service Agreements. /liliTrack expenses, budget, and expense forecast. /liliOptimize logistic and administrative support to managers by anticipating needs. /li /ulpstronguTasks and responsibilities /u /strongu: /u /pulliEnsure the smooth running of interaction processes with external partners, strictly adhering to internal compliance. /liliManage the practical organization of affiliate employee meetings. /liliAssist the business with administrative tasks: adapting presentations, coordinating internal events, and handling projects as necessary. /liliConduct necessary follow-ups to support patient organizations endorsed by AbbVie BeLux and AbbVie Europe. /liliTake minutes and follow up with team members. /liliHandle ad-hoc tasks as requested by Directors and Managers. /liliEnsure follow-up of all contracts, PO’s, accruals, … /li /ulpQualifications /pulliBachelor’s degree in Office Management or equivalent experience. /liliStrong sense of compliance with rigorous application of procedures. /liliProficiency in MS Office 365 tools (MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint). /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English; br / br / knowledge of Dutch is an asset. /liliOutstanding organizational skills with a strong sense of responsibility. /liliAbility to work autonomously while effectively managing priorities. /liliTeam-oriented, dedicated to supporting both the business and external clients. /liliFlexible and adaptable to commercial and international environments. /liliProactive mindset with the ability to take initiatives. /li /ulpAdditional Information /ppAbbVie is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to operating with integrity, driving innovation, transforming lives and serving our community.
