- Lead the strategic development and execution of category management initiatives to optimize product assortment and drive revenue growth.

- Innovate pricing and promotional strategies, using advanced analytics and consumer insights to maximize profitability, collaborating closely with retail partners and suppliers in the development and implementation of promotions that drive sales.
- Analyze inventory reports, sales data, and daily activities to support area planning, promotional actions, and maintain operational efficiency.
- Actively participate in strategic planning sessions, providing insights on territory management, resource allocation, and category expansion.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to strengthen partnerships that support category growth and sustainability objectives.
