Profile:
* You have an excellent knowledge of English
* You have gained experience in a legal department of a reputed financial institution or in a business law firm
* You hold a Belgian law degree with enviable academic results
* You have strong analytical skills and a creative mind
* You enjoy taking initiatives and have a real interest in business life
* You are an enthusiastic team-player, rigorous and attentive to accuracy
Main responsibilities:
* Advise companies and national and international groups in several areas of banking & finance law
* Cooperate with the various foreign CMS law firms and the different CMS Belgium departments, to experience the multi-jurisdictional and multidisciplinary approach of cases
* Manage files, act with a satisfying degree of independence, under the supervision of a partner
* Assist to client meetings
