You will act as a key architect of our international expansion, while reinforcing the division’s market positioning across all segments and geographies. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute a high-impact international sales strategy aligned with the company’s growth ambitions Lead and optimize multi-channel sales performance, across project sales, framework agreements, and strategic partnerships Oversee and develop the division’s key account portfolio, ensuring commercial excellence, client satisfaction, and consistent positioning Lead, structure and develop the internal sales team, setting clear targets, KPIs, and performance standards Identify and unlock new market opportunities, driving geographic expansion and revenue acceleration Build and nurture high-value relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders globally Strengthen commercial positioning by ensuring consistency and excellence across all commercial touchpoints Drive performance through data and insight, translating market intelligence into actionable strategies Collaborate cross-functionally (business development, operations, tendering) to ensure seamless execution Act as a hands-on leader, balancing strategic oversight with active involvement in key deals, project pursuits, and negotiations
