Functieomschrijving We are looking for an Operations Specialist for Starbroker. StarBroker is the in-house carrier of DHL Global Forwarding. On behalf of our network, we contract air freight capacity on strategic routes worldwide, particularly from Europe. We use both part- or full charters and scheduled service carriers. Your tasks will include: Processing and following up on the daily export document flow, including customs clearance Coordinating activities with the warehouse Coordinating document flows with customer service teams Reporting and following up on paperwork irregularities Providing updates to the airline and destination Rescheduling shipments Profiel Who are you? You have initial experience in air freight or a degree in logistics You handle administrative processes with precision You are a strong communicator and a team player You are customer- and quality-driven You speak English and can express yourself in Dutch.
