🚀 We’re Looking for a Project Manager with Mandatory Aviation Experience!
We are seeking a highly skilled PM with proven aviation expertise and a strong technical background to lead complex, safety-critical projects.
What We’re Looking For:
• Mandatory aviation experience — managing projects in aviation systems or other complex, safety-regulated environments
• Engineering background (academic and hands-on experience)
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large and complex projects (client references preferred)
• Stable career history — no series of short-term engagements
• Solid IT/technical expertise, especially in Voice over IP (VOIP), Radio, and DataComm systems
• Exceptional soft skills: stakeholder & team management, managing upward, confident executive presence, able to present to ExCo or director boards
• Experience with public procurement: tender processes, writing tender documentation, defining acceptance criteria
• Strong vendor management skills
• Robust budget management capabilities
• At least a basic PM certification (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation)
• Fluent in Dutch or French, and English
This role is critical for candidates who combine aviation experience with technical expertise in VOIP, Radio, and DataComm.
