Luxe Talent is looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Key Account Manager to lead the growth of our niche portfolio across key retailers and independent partners.
Description du poste de Key Account Manager H/F :
* Develop and implement the commercial strategy for niche brands in line with company goals.
* Manage key accounts and independents: regular store visits, relationship building, and local market insight.
* Lead annual business planning, budgeting, and trade term negotiations.
* Drive new launches, in-store execution, and assortment optimization in close collaboration with marketing.
* Coordinate internally across teams and with HQ to ensure seamless execution and stock planning.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Marketing.
* Minimum 4 years' experience in Key Account or Category Management; e-commerce is a plus.
* Background in cosmetics or FMCG, ideally with an A-brand.
* Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
* Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset (Excel skills), and proactive, hands-on attitude.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a true team player.
