In this role, you will play a key part in managing pitches, RFPs, private tenders and public procurement submissions, working closely with partners and the Business Development team. Responsibilities – Senior Pitch Officer F/M (Brussels) Manage and coordinate commercial proposals (pitches, RFPs, public/private tenders).Ensure high-quality, consistent and timely submissions.Collaborate with multiple practice groups and internal experts.Contribute to transversal BD projects and provide occasional team support.Work autonomously while maintaining close collaboration with partners. Profile Minimum 4 years of experience in BD, pitch/bid management or public/private tender processes.Completed at least 4 tenders to date.Ideally experienced in a law firm, consulting firm, Big 4, insurance or pharma environment.Native French or Dutch speaker with good command of the other language; English B1/B2.Strong organisational skills, rigor, proactivity and excellent interpersonal abilities.
