You will have the freedom to propose bold, unconventional concepts and the resources to bring them to life immediately. A Brand Architect, capable of orchestrating a dual-strategy: scaling a personal brand while simultaneously building a standalone Company Brand that outlasts its founder. A Creative Disruptor, you hate "best practices" and hunt for the "Purple Cow". A "Doer" with Taste, you script, drive, and ship ideas. This is a full-time position, remotely or from our offices in Dubai or Lisbon. French and English fluency is required.

Responsibilities
Architect the "Dual-Brand" Strategy and build a symbiotic relationship between David Laroche’s personal brand and Paradox’s company brand.
Propose radical new formats (documentaries, reality shows, conceptual shorts) that differentiate from the conventional self-help approach.
Define distinct, sharp editorial lines for each platform: Depth & Search for YouTube; Aesthetic & Vibe for Instagram; Authority & Authenticity for LinkedIn.
Take end-to-end ownership of the production chain: write hooks, storyboard narratives, and ensure final cuts meet the vision.
Source, hire, and onboard talent (motion designers, drone operators, niche experts) as needed to realize concepts.
Direct on-set leadership with David as the actor, ensuring scripts, set, and direction align with the vision.
Lead the Content Factory: set tempo, culture, and daily standards; provide high-level artistic direction and ensure publish-ready quality.
Collaborate with Growth to treat content as an acquisition channel; analyze retention graphs, CTR, and CPL to iterate and scale what works.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven Content Builder: experience growing a media brand, YouTube channel, or personal brand to significant scale (100k+ followers or millions of views).
Editorial Leadership: experience managing a creative team and elevating a video from good to outstanding.
Elite Scripting Skills: ability to present scripts with proven performance, craft hooks, and sustain audience engagement.
Performance Fluency: experience delivering content that drives business results (ads, launches, conversions).
Language: French native/bilingual; English fluent in professional contexts. Written communication in English.
Personality & Working Style
Intolerant to mediocrity; attention to detail in fonts, cuts, and headlines.
Psychology-focused: studies why people click and share; understands emotional drivers.
A "Doer" with Authority: able to lead by competence, write scripts, direct shoots, and edit when needed.
No Ego, Just Impact: data-driven, able to pivot after results; ships concepts quickly.
