Job description

As an Account Manager, you’ll support customers across Flanders and act as the commercial face in the field. You’ll work closely with clients in pharma, medtech, healthcare, and clinical laboratories — driving solutions that help protect patients through cutting-edge infection prevention technologies.


This role combines customer relationship management with strategic business development, offering you the chance to be part of a meaningful mission in healthcare innovation.


You will work as a MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the Medical Device industry.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow accounts across Flanders
* Identify new business opportunities and drive customer success.
* Visit clients onsite, support tenders, and lead commercial discussions.
* Act as first point of contact for pricing, documentation, and order queries.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and supply chain.
* Maintain CRM and ERP records (e.g. Salesforce, SAP).



Requirements

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
* Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus – but if you bring the right mindset, drive, and willingness to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A self-starter with commercial drive and analytical thinking.
* Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
* Comfortable working independently in the field and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Genuine interest in healthcare and patient-focused innovation.
* Willing to travel 4 days/week across Belgium.
