What You'll Be Doing (No two days are the same)Think of this role as part strategist, part hunter, part closer :️ Own Antwerp as your playground – build visibility and relationships across the local property and business communityGenerate your own pipeline through networking, cold outreach, local canvassing and referralsIdentify partners who can bring buildings or portfolios into our networkPitch the companys partnership models (management, franchise, hybrid) in a way that excites investors and ownersNegotiate commercial terms, guide deals through approval, and close contracts with legal supportSpend real time in the field – meeting people, touring buildings, creating momentumClose deals that matter – typically six-figure+ investment partnerships that grow the network fast and profitably

️ What You BringFluency in Flemish/DutchB2B sales or business development experienceConfidence with cold outreach and in-person sellingA proven ability to close meaningful deals, ideally with investment-level valueStrong communication skills — you can tell a story that convincesCommercial and financial curiosity (you understand ROI, not just revenue)A can-do, ownership mindset — you make things happenExperience in real estate, hospitality, franchising or location-based services is a strong plus.
