As a Data Engineer, you will ensure that high-quality data is available for analytics, reporting, campaigns, and applications. You will work closely with marketing, CRM, and business teams to support effective customer engagement and operational efficiency.
You will be part of the CRM Data & Campaign Solutions team, responsible for
Managing and evolving the CRM, Analytics & BI Data Warehouse
Supporting campaign orchestration via Adobe Campaign Classic
Ensuring data availability and quality for marketing and business analytics
Monitoring and optimising data integration, transformation, and workflows
Providing technical and functional support to internal stakeholders
Roles & responsibilities
Data Warehouse
Gather and translate business requirements into efficient data solutions
Design data flows, models, and stores; define mapping and access rules
Identify key data sources and establish integration rules
Prototype and validate solutions with stakeholders
Develop and maintain enterprise-wide data pipelines
Campaign support
Translate business requirements for Adobe Campaign developers
Monitor data loading and propose improvements
Analyse and optimise campaign workflows
Assist business teams with campaign execution: workflow, content, and delivery tracking
Education & experience
Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering) or strong analytics experience
Solid experience with SQL, data modelling (PowerDesigner or equivalent), and reporting/dashboard tools (BO, SAS, Tableau...)
Functional experience in requirements management, system documentation, and Adobe Campaign Classic
Knowledge of data, security, and IT architecture concepts
Agile methodology experience
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Agile Central..
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
