In this role you will build and manage Aliaxis’ Legal Tech roadmap with as main priority the global rollout and continuous improvement of our contract management platform (ContractPod AI), ensuring consistent adoption across regions.

Job Description
This role combines business analysis, project & change management, and user guidance.
Key Responsibilities Are
* Manage and execute the global rollout of ContractPod AI: develop a 3-year roadmap and manage integration, adoption, and process optimisation.
* Implement and optimise legal technology tools (e.g., Clawscan), while maintaining and enhancing existing systems (ex: Whisply, Diligent, and Questel).
* Drive AI initiatives for the Legal function: develop use cases to improve efficiency, risk management, and decision‑making (ex: automated diligence checks, chatbot‑based workflows...).
* Develop and implement data governance standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability across Legal tools and systems.
The position reports directly to the Chief Legal Officer and is located at Aliaxis’ corporate headquarters in Brussels, with up to two days of remote work per week.
Requirements
Background in Legal Operations or experience with Legal technology platforms is a plus, but not required. What truly matters is:
* Relevant experience in system implementation or digital transformation (e.g., Business/Functional Analyst, Digital Transformation Project Manager).
* Hands on experience managing end‑to‑end tool rollouts (including configuration, testing, data migration, and user adoption).
* Project and change management skills, including ability to work on the floor with end-users, providing practical guidance and support to ensure strong adoption.
* Natural interest in AI‑related topics (e.g., automation, NLP, workflow optimisation, chatbot initiatives).
* Familiarity with data governance principles (data cleaning, quality, migration, security).
* Proven ability to map, standardize, and optimize processes.
* Excellent English communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in multicultural environments within a global matrix organization.
