About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to take ownership of our Omonni Chicken
business in Belgium and drive the next stage of growth.
This is not a head office or strategy role — this is a frontline leadership position for someone who
understands how to run great Korean food operations, lead teams, and improve performance day-to-
day.
You will be responsible for driving sales, improving store standards, and building a strong, high-
performing team on the ground.
What you’ll be doing
-Taking full ownership of day-to-day operations across the Belgium business
-Driving sales growth and store performance
-Leading, coaching, and developing restaurant teams
-Ensuring high standards in food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Identifying operational improvements and implementing them quickly
-Monitoring performance and taking action to improve results
-Being present in stores — this is a hands-on, in-the-field role
