Job Description & SummaryAs an experienced Anaplan Solution Architect, you will demonstrate a keen interest in CFOs’ agendas and how they’re impacted by current trends in technology and the global economy. You will act as solution architect on large EPM transformations focusing on FP&A and/or Consolidation, from end-to-end design to implementation, and take the lead on developing and growing the practice, focusing on Anaplan. You will analyze the business needs of different clients and translate them to the right Anaplan blueprint, bridge the gap between IT & business, design overall EPM system architecture, support integration decisions and data validation activities, deliver value by tailoring solutions to their to-be processes, coach junior model builders, serve as the Anaplan Subject Matter Expert within PwC, provide training, develop finance models in costing, planning, budgeting, forecasting and consolidation, and help Partners and Directors on business development initiatives.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrating a keen interest in CFOs’ agendas and how they’re impacted by current trends in technology and the global economyAct as solution architect on large EPM transformations (typically focusing on FP&A and/or Consolidation), from end-to-end design to implementationTake the lead on developing and growing the practice, focusing on AnaplanAnalyzing the business needs of different clients and translating it to the right Anaplan blueprint (bridging the gap between IT & business)Helping clients with designing their overall EPM system architecture, supporting them on integration decisions and data validation activitiesMaking sure we deliver most of the value for the clients by tailoring solutions to their to-be processes and ensuring model builders are applying best practices when developing modules & modelsLead the build for proof of concepts for prospectsCoaching junior model builders on and off the job and being the key point of contact for our clients during projectsServe as the Anaplan Subject Matter Expert within PwC, providing training to team members on the tool’s capabilities and model functionalitiesDeveloping (finance) models in different areas including costing, planning, budgeting and forecasting and consolidationHelping Partners and Directors on business development initiativesQualificationsYou hold a university degree and have at least 6 years of work experienceYou have a deep understanding of and hands‑on experience with the following EPM tool: Anaplan and potentially with others: CCH Tagetik, OneStream, Pigment, Oracle EPM, etc.Having a good relationship with the local sales and alliance team of Anaplan is considered a big assetYou have worked as Anaplan solution architect on at least 2 projects, covering process and tool design, configuration, testing, training and hyper‑careYou demonstrate working knowledge or relevant project experience in one of the following FP&A areas: consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting and reportingYou are certified as Professional Anaplan Solution Architect, or you have developed a minimum of 3 years of Anaplan model builder experiences and are motivated to become an Anaplan Solution ArchitectYou have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and attention to detailYou demonstrate willingness to take ownership (i.e. key project deliverables or day‑to‑day tasks in your current role.)You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and either Dutch or French.
