We are looking for an OTC Front Architect and Leader to lead one of the most critical pillars of SAP S/4HANA implementation. This role requires a perfect balance between technical depth in the sales and distribution cycle, and exceptional people and stakeholder management skillsLeadership and Management Responsibilities:Lead and mentor the team of senior OTC functional consultants, ensuring technical cohesion and compliance with the schedule. (5 consultants approximately)Directly responsible for the quality and timeliness of design documents (GDP), functional specifications (RICEFW), configuration and testing.Act as the main point of contact for business leaders, managing expectations, reporting status and facilitating critical decision-making.Ensure that the OTC solution is integrated and in harmony with the Logistics (TM/EWM), Financial (FICO) and Tax (TAX) fronts.Technical and Innovation Responsibilities:Design the complete OTC flow, from order entry (via various client channels), credit management, pricing, tax determination to invoicing and integration with AR.Lead the implementation of AI tools at GlobantEnsure full compliance with the Electronic Invoice (NF-e) and the complex sales tax rules (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, Tax Substitution).Detailed Technical Skills:Expertise em Business Partners, Condition Technique para Pricing, e novos fluxos de Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP).History of leading fronts in at least two large projects (Full Cycle).Deep knowledge in OTC integration with TM, EWM and FICO modules.Familiarity with using AI for sales process improvement and decision support.
