Looking for an Office Assistant role in Brussels with a top-tier package?

What will you be doing?


Do you get energy from giving people a warm welcome? Do you have a sharp eye for detail and love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? If so, we are looking for you!

In this role, you are the ‘Director of First Impressions.’ You’ll split your time between a warm, professional welcome (60%) and vital administrative support (40%).

* Hostmanship: You’ll greet visitors with a smile, guide them to meeting rooms, and ensure they are well looked after (coffee, tea, and a friendly word).
* Office Magic: You’ll keep the meeting rooms looking sharp, manage supplies (from fresh fruit to stationery), and act as the liaison for building management.
* Logistics & Events: You’ll organize caterings, set up rooms for high-level video conferences, and tidy up after successful lunch meetings.
* Project Support: You’ll support our project teams by updating candidate profiles in the CRM, arranging travel/agendas, and tracking invitations for marketing events.
* The Green Touch: You’ll even keep the office plants happy and thriving!

* Organizational Talent: You are highly organized and proactive, managing your tasks with common sense and a hands-on mentality.
* Language Skills: You have a perfect command of English. Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a lovely bonus, but not mandatory!
* Tech-Savvy: You are experienced and comfortable working with the MS Office suite.
* Professional Flair: You maintain confidentiality and interact with international clients and high-level candidates with tact and professionalism.
* Ambitious & Team-Oriented: You love working in a team where colleagues truly support one another, and you’re eager to learn—we are ready to train you so you can eventually grow into a Project Coordinator role!
