Your Scope
Are you passionate about connecting with people and driving impactful recruitment strategies? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, global environment? We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team and contribute to the continued growth of our organization.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with 3 globally operating HR Business Partners, with a primary focus on hiring across Europe for Group Ardo (HQ). You will play a pivotal role in ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent to meet our business needs.
What you’ll do:
1. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: From job intake with Hiring Managers, drafting vacancy texts, sourcing, interviewing, and screening candidates, to coordinating competency tests for the ideal match.
2. Partner globally: Work together with the HR Business Partners to meet hiring goals for various international roles, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
3. Candidate experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate journey, from the first touchpoint to final feedback.
4. Stakeholder engagement: Keep stakeholders across the organization informed and aligned, leveraging a cutting-edge ATS tool to streamline communication.
5. Responsible to document all new updates within our ATS tool (connexys) and deliver workshops to international colleagues.
6. Employer branding: Support and enhance the Talent Acquisiton Manager in our employer branding through campaigns on social media and other digital channels.
7. Talent & Development: Support and enhance the Talent & Development Manager to coordinate all our development programs & e-learning.
8. External collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners to ensure a divers and high-quality talent pool.
Your profile
9. Experienced in full-cycle recruitment and comfortable working with international vacancies. Experience in the manufacturing sector is a big plus.
10. A strong communicator who thrives on collaboration and understands how to assess and attract top talent.
11. Familiar with HR technologies and digital recruitment platforms.
12. Agile, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
13. Energized by fostering a positive employee experience and culture-building.
14. You are a fluent speaker in both written and spoken words: Dutch, English, and French.
15. You can work independently and go the extra 'mile' to achieve your goals.
