Liu Jo is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Knokke on a part-time basis 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will contribute to delivering an excellent customer experience while representing the brand values. Key Responsibilities Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Deliver an outstanding customer experience through excellent sales service Ensure the department maintains a high visual standard and apply visual merchandising guidelines Recommend and suggest products based on customers’ needs Provide accurate information on product features and benefits, continuously developing product knowledge Represent and promote the brand image and standards at all times Actively support the reception of new deliveries and keep store stock well organized to optimize sales Comply with all company policies and procedures Required Skills Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Strong service-oriented and sales-driven mindset Ability to achieve sales targets Solid communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude towards customers and work Languages Dutch: mandatory English: mandatory Preferred Skills Previous experience in retail is a plus
