We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant (Founder’s Office) a dynamic, hands on role ideal for a recent graduate who’s eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact from day one. You will work directly with our founders helping them stay organized, focused, and one step ahead. The role will give you the opportunity to see how a company is built and run from the inside. 🗓️


Key Responsibilities


* Support with scheduling, administration, and communications.
* Coordinate meetings, travel, and internal or external events.
* Assist in preparing presentations, follow-ups, and documentation.
* Contribute to special initiatives across sales, operations and partnerships.
* Anticipate needs and bring clarity when things move fast.


Required Qualifications


* Previous experience is valued, but attitude and skills are essential.
* Strong organizational and communication skills combined with hands‑on problem-solving abilities.
* Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) for effective communication across teams.
* Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
* Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a strong sense of accountability.
