He will be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning solutions, ensuring that personnel are equipped with the necessary knowledge and guidance to meet quality standards, internal procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.br /br /br / br /br /br / br /br /br /Responsibilitiesbr /br /br /br /Develop interactive, user-focused online training modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), incorporating gamification and e-Learning best practicesbr /br /Enhance training experiences through video creation, editing, and visual design, using tools such as Vyond, Synthesia, MS Clipchamp, or Adobe Creative Suitebr /br /Promote and support the integration of AI tools in training design and share best practices with the teambr /br /Participate in learning needs analysis with stakeholders and SMEs to define effective learning strategiesbr /br /Manage assigned projects end-to-end, identifying risks and escalating when neededbr /br /Coordinate translation of training content with external providersbr /br /Collaborate with the Learning Operations team to implement and launch training in the LMSbr /br /Communicate and promote training updates to relevant stakeholdersbr /br /Support SMEs in developing classroom training materials (e.g., agendas, slides, exercises, trainer guides)br /br /br /br /br /Provide KPIs, metrics, and reports on training performance and effectivenessbr /br /br /br /br / br /br /br /Competenciesbr /br /br /br /Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and e-Learning methodologiesbr /br /Creative mindset to design engaging learning experiencesbr /br /Proficiency in Articulate 360 and other authoring toolsbr /br /Strong skills in video production and visual designbr /br /Ability to manage and challenge stakeholders on content and learning approachbr /br /Excellent project management and organisational skillsbr /br /Ability to analyse learner profiles and adapt training accordinglybr /br /Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPointbr /br /Fluent in spoken and written Englishbr /br /Autonomous, proactive, and collaborative team playerbr /br /Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality content deliverybr /
