In order to strengthen our Spare Parts Sales, we are currently looking for a " Spare Parts Sales Senior Specialist " for our office in Brussels.
We are looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Spare Parts Sales Senior Specialist to drive product strategy, grow sales across assigned territories, and strengthen relationships with key customers and subsidiaries in Africa. This role blends commercial responsibility with product expertise, offering a dynamic position at the crossroads of business development, product management, and operational coordination.
Deliver product training to subsidiaries and internal stakeholders ;
Conduct market surveys and competitive intelligence initiatives to support local sales performance and identify new opportunities.
Sales & Account Management
Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned customers, accounts, and prospects to promote and sell company products (spare parts, attachments, lubricants) ;
Recommend specific products and purchase frequencies based on customer needs and usage patterns ;
Achieve personal sales targets, including new business development goals ;
Maintain strong customer relationships, with particular focus on Key Accounts within assigned markets or geographic regions.
Commercial Strategy & Negotiation
Prepare sales presentations, quotations, and contracts, with support from the supervisor when required.
Risk Management & Financial Support
Assist the Finance team with KYC procedures by collecting required documentation and information ;
Collaborate with supervisors and senior colleagues for troubleshooting complex customer issues ;
Coordinate with OEMs to address technical or commercial questions raised by customers.
You hold a degree in Sales, Foreign Trade, Business or equivalent by experience ;
~5-8 years of Technical Sales experience ;
~ You're fluent in French and English ;
~ Ability to work in CRM systems and Microsoft based programs, mainly Outlook and Excel ;
