About Morssinkhof – Rymoplast

We are a leading plastic recycling company in Europe. In our brand-new factory, we sort, recycle, and process plastics into high-quality secondary raw materials. To ensure optimal logistics and administrative processes, we are looking for a driven Administrative Supply Chain Employee.

What will you do?

As an Administrative Supply Chain Employee, you are the administrative linchpin. You ensure that processes run smoothly—from transport documents to inventory management and invoicing.

Your tasks include:

* Processing and checking incoming and outgoing transport data and preparing the transport planning
* Preparing transport documents such as CMRs and weighbridge tickets
* Following up on orders, deliveries, and inventory
* Placing orders for production and office supplies
* Recording and processing invoices and checking accompanying documents
* Maintaining contact with carriers, suppliers, and colleagues from other departments
* Creating reports and overviews to support logistical and administrative processes
* Receiving drivers at the weighbridge and guiding them according to company procedures
* In short: you ensure our logistics administration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

What do you bring?

* Secondary education diploma (or equivalent), preferably in an administrative or logistics field
* Experience or affinity with logistics, planning, or supply chain
* Basic knowledge of accounting or the willingness to further develop this
* Accuracy, strong communication skills, and an eye for structure
* Proficient with MS Office and preferably experience with ERP systems such as Business Central
* Fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English
