As part of the RPS R&D team, you provide operational and project support to ensure the successful execution of R&D projects. Acting as a key interface between R&D, Supply Chain, Logistics and Project teams, you ensure material availability, on-time deliveries and efficient project coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
This role combines supply chain coordination, international logistics and project management support in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment.
Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination
Act as the main interface between R&D teams and Supply Chain stakeholders.
Create and follow up material requests in SAP according to project requirements.
Ensure project and material information is accurately maintained in SAP and other ERP tools.
Prepare, verify and manage export and shipping documentation.
Monitor deliveries and proactively communicate any delays, incidents or changes to relevant stakeholders.
Support material availability and logistics activities to ensure project timelines are met.
Support Project Managers in project planning, execution, tracking and reporting activities.
Provide administrative support to the management team and act as backup for the Management Assistant when required.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, International Transport or equivalent through experience.
First professional experience in logistics or supply chain environments is mandatory.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with SAP is considered a plus.
Knowledge of Incoterms, export regulations and international logistics processes.
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
