In this strategic commercial role, you work closely with the
founder and CEO, helping shape and execute the international market approach. You are regularly present at
both production sites, with a key focus on expanding business in
Germany and the
UK. To drive their joint growth strategy, Medix and Alphacaps are looking for an ambitious
International Sales Manager
to connect two teams, two cultures, and many international customers. Your key responsibilities
International business development with focus on Germany and the UK Managing and growing long-term client relationships Advising on pricing, margins, and commercial feasibility Translating client needs into production opportunities (no technical background required, but interest in nutrition is essential) Structuring sales reports, KPIs and forecasts Aligning customer demand with production capabilities in both sites
