Function
Team Leader (2 Shifts) – Ghent
We are currently looking for a proactive and organized Team Leader to join our team in Ghent. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating daily logistical activities on the work floor. Together with a fellow team leader, you’ll oversee a large team of warehouse workers and forklift drivers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

4. Coordinating day-to-day activities and maintaining a clear overview at all times.
5. Ensuring safe, efficient, and seamless execution of all logistics processes.
6. Identifying opportunities for improvement and driving optimization initiatives.
7. Promoting effective communication and collaboration with other teams.

What do we expect from you?
12. Experience in a supervisory role, ideally within a logistics or production environment.
13. Fluency in Dutch and/or English.
14. A strong focus on safety in all aspects of your work.
15. Experience as a forklift driver is a big plus
16. Flexibility to work in two shifts: 6 AM – 2 PM and 2 PM – 10 PM
