As a Business Controller, you'll help drive Cream's growth by turning data into actionable business insights.

Your responsibilities include:

• Producing and improving financial and operational reporting
• Monitoring KPIs related to clients, suppliers and payroll
• Supporting management with business analysis and decision-making
• Improving dataquality and controllingprocesses
• Developing new reporting and monitoring tools
• Collaborating with stakeholders across Finance, Operations and Business teams

Beyond controlling activities, you'll contribute to internal projects that support Cream's continuous growth and performance.

HOW DO WE IMAGINE OUR FUTURE BUSINESS CONTROLLER?

Must-have

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Controlling or Corporate Finance
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Interest in business operations and performance management
• A C2 level in French and good command of English

Nice-to-have

• Experience in consulting, services, or IT environment
• Knowledge of databases or reporting tools
• Interest in technology and data
