We're looking for a hands-on coordinator to join a dynamic clinical supply team in the Brabant wallon area.

Your Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage batch records to ensure production-ready documentation at all times
* Create and follow up on process orders via SAP and MES systems
* Coordinate the availability of components and packaging materials ahead of production
* Run MRP cycles, place supplier orders, and track delivery timelines
* Prepare labelling files and ensure all elements are in place before production launch
* Perform documentation double-checks and contribute to daily planning meetings (whiteboard)
* Collaborate closely with QA, production, and clinical supply management teams.
Your Profile
* You have experience in a clinical trials or clinical supply environment — this is a strong plus
* You are a confident SAP user, comfortable with process orders and procurement workflows
* You are highly organised, flexible, and at ease managing multiple priorities simultaneously
* You have a solid understanding of GMP-regulated environments and documentation standards
* You are fluent in French
* Your English is at a professional level; you communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders
* You thrive in a transversal, operational role where no two days are exactly the same
* Experience with MES systems or basic procurement is a plus.
