* Lead and develop the accounting team, ensuring effective performance management and resource planning.
Qualifications
* You hold a degree in accounting, finance, or similar.
* You bring 5+ years of experience in a comparable role in a corporate, international setting.
* You are SAP-savvy and confident with technical accounting topics.
* You lead and motivate with clarity and confidence.
* You thrive in a dynamic environment with a positive mindset.
* You speak Dutch, French, and English fluently.
