For an international company located in Zaventem, we are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Junior Accounts Payable employee to join the team. Your tasks as a Junior Accounts Payable employee: In this role, you will support the Finance team with a variety of accounting and administrative tasks, including: * Processing and recording supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner * Reviewing and posting employee expense reports * Assisting with basic accounting entries in the ERP system * Ensuring proper filing, archiving, and documentation of financial records * Providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Finance team * Supporting the creation of purchase orders and monitoring approval workflows * Assisting in the preparation of surveys and reports for the National Bank * Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial processes * Contributing to ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as needed The ideal profile as a Junior Accounts Payable employee: * You hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * Initial experience in accounting (through an internship or student job) is an asset, but not a must * You are eager to learn more about accounting processes and ERP systems * You work accurately, in a structured way, and are keen to develop your skills * You are proactive, motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of your work * You have strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude * English is the main working language; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus What can we offer for you as a Junior Accounts Payable employee: * A temporary contract of 6 months followed by a permanent contract with a stable and growing employer * A competitive gross salary between €3,000 and €3,500, including: lunch vouchers (€8), a net allowance between €30 and €160 (depending on experience) and transportation reimbursement * A people-oriented work environment with flexible working hours (start Bank, Documentation, Filing, TOAD, Self motivated, Work Streams, Asset, Finance, Accounts Payable, Manners, Archive, Monitoring, Accounting, Operational Support, Financial Processes, Proactivity, Administrative Work, Skills Development, Financial Records, Expense Reports, Accounting entries, Administration, Polling, Taking Ownership, Supplier invoices Originele vacature is te vinden op StepStone.be – Maak nu een Jobagent aan op StepStone en vind je droombaan! https://bit.ly/2jPYsZC Vind gelijkaardige jobs, informatie over werkgevers en carrièretips op StepStone.be!
