Team/division description
You will be joining the Experience Design & Governance team (part of Business Innovation within People & Innovation). Our main task is to unite P&I teams to deliver strong employee experience & people data analytics and to connect people across the company around innovation.
Your responsibilities
1. Be the Single Point Of Contact for company Employee Experience listening strategy and the coordination of (prioritised) activities & insights sharing
2. Act as Employee Experience Subject Matter Expert to Data Analytics team and contribute to cross survey and predictive analytics
3. Guide P&I teams on strong & employee centric communication to TME employees (unified visual identity, tone of voice & messaging + manage P&I editorial calendar)
4. Be our Collaboration & Innovation connector by stimulating participation in x-functional projects and promoting our CoLAB innovation program
Your Profile
5. You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
6. Strong interest in employee journey design & employee listening strategies
7. Affinity to (HR) data analytics & innovation practices
8. Curious mindset
9. Strong communication & proven project mgt skills
10. Interested in Self learning

11. Experience with Office 365, Sharepoint (web design), Power BI
